Scores range from 0 to 99 and are based on a combination of nutrients. Higher protein and fiber boost the score, while excess sodium, added sugar, and saturated fat lower it. Micronutrient content can also provide a small bonus. The algorithm is designed to reward balanced, whole-food choices.
Menus are sourced directly from UConn Dining Services. If an item is missing, it may not be listed in the official menu data yet. Try pulling down to refresh or check back closer to the meal time. Menus are often updated throughout the day.

No. All preferences and journal entries are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Anonymous usage analytics help us improve the app, but no personally identifiable data is collected. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All 8 UConn residential dining halls are supported: Northwest, Putnam, South, McMahon, North, Towers, Whitney, and Connecticut House. Swipe also covers on-campus retail locations including Gelfenbien Commons, Buckley, and others, plus a curated list of nearby off-campus restaurants.

The app is free and available on the iOS App Store. Android support is in the works.
